It replaces the text in the editor; Undo brings yours back. On plans with saved documents it opens as a new document.

Build it from scratch

  1. Type each step on its own line.
  2. For a fraction, a root or anything stacked, press Maths in the toolbar and write it in LaTeX, for example \frac{-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac}}{2a}.
  3. Pasting an answer from ChatGPT? Copy the whole answer: its formulas arrive as formulas.
  4. In the look bar, choose Print, then 5mm Squared as the paper. Write on the lines turns on by itself: one line of text takes two squares.
  5. Pick a handwriting with clear digits, such as Font 7. Formulas follow it: they are drawn in the same hand.
  6. Check the page and press Download.

Variations

On the free plan: keep Font 7 and switch the paper to College Ruled. Both download free, formulas included.

As a photo of an exercise book: switch to Photo and choose Maths Book, a squared exercise book.
